Sandler Training in Oxford, a leading sales, management and leadership training organisation, today announces that it will be offering free training places in its Oxford centre for young entrepreneurs. The training is geared for entrepreneurs aged between 18-24 years old, to enable them to hit the ground running with their new businesses.

The training would perfectly suit youngsters that have been successful in receiving funds from the Start Up Loans venture. The scheme is a government backed scheme to provide £82.5m to lend out to 30,000 18-24 year-olds over the next three years to start their first business.

The free training follows Sandler Training’s “sales explorers” initiative – whereby in May the company launched a competition for 18-24 year olds to get free training to equip them with skills that would enable them to enter the sales sector and ultimately become successful in their quest for employment.

Sandler has received significant interest from young people who felt that the training offered by this initiative would also help them in their ambition to start a business. In response to this demand, Sandler has widened the scope of the applications to also include young people who want to develop sales skills to help them make their start-up a success.
