Big Cat Training Ltd owns the UK franchise for Sandler Training. Sandler Training worked with HubSpot to provide a bespoke, effective Client Relationship Management System for the franchise. Big Cat Training Ltd are responsible for managing the HubSpot CRM for the UK. This means they have set up Track Powder Training Ltd to have access to HubSpot, where we now manage our own client and prospect data within a secure, closed environment (i.e. it is not used by or accessible to other Sandler Training franchisees). As the overall administrator of Sandler Training UK’s HubSpot CRM, Big Cat Training Ltd may need to provide support to Track Powder Training Ltd as we use the system and they are responsible for maintaining overall integrity and quality of the data. As such, Big Cat Training Ltd may see or access the data stored within Track Powder Training Ltd's area of the CRM in certain circumstances, e.g. providing support to us as we use the system, deduplication of individuals for data quality purposes, or to provide you with support from another Sandler Training UK franchisee in the case that we were to close our business.
